With the dedicated Property Manager Concierge at your service, who arranges chef dinners, pizza nights, boat tours to Capri and Amalfi, transfers, customized local excursions and tailor-made experiences, your stay transforms from a simple holiday into a tailored Mediterranean experience. First Villa – Ground Floor: a spacious living area with contemporary furnishings and a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom (French-size bed, 190x140 cm), and a dining area connecting to a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the patio, furnished with lounging areas, an al fresco dining table and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. First Villa – First Floor: accessible via a staircase, with a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with shower and an inviting living area filled with natural light. Second Villa: connected by a stone pathway, with an open-space living and dining area, a sofa bed and a kitchen. It includes two double bedrooms, one with twin beds, and two bathrooms with showers, opening onto a patio ideal for al fresco dining with panoramic views. Outdoors: Terraces and Dining Area: both villas open onto terraces equipped with comfortable lounging furniture, dining tables and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, perfect for evenings under the stars. Private Pool and Sunbathing Area: the garden extends to a sunbathing area with a private pool, sun loungers and an expansive lawn where guests can relax while taking in the Mediterranean views. Mediterranean Gardens: surrounded by olive trees and native plants, the gardens offer a peaceful setting for walks or quiet moments. Due to the hillside location, renting a car is recommended for greater flexibility, and we suggest a medium-sized car for easier access. While a car offers greater independence, our Property Manager Concierge can also arrange private transfers and driver services throughout your stay. For Capri, Positano and Amalfi we highly recommend private or shared boat tours, easily organized with pick-up from the villa area and departure from the nearby Marina del Cantone harbour, just a few minutes away. Check-in: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals require prior notice and may incur an extra fee. Check-out: by 10:00 am. Wood-fired oven: the wood-fired oven is reserved exclusively for use by professional pizza chefs authorized by Property Manager. This service can be arranged through our Concierge team. Please contact us in advance for availability and pricing details. Parking and access: private parking for multiple vehicles is available. Due to the hillside location we recommend a medium-sized car, as the road and surrounding area may be less comfortable for larger vehicles or vans. Accessibility: the first villa is over two floors with an internal staircase; the second villa is mainly on one level. Guests should expect some stairs between living areas and outdoor spaces. Events and Weddings: the property is suitable for small private celebrations and weddings, subject to approval. All event coordination is handled exclusively by the Property Manager Concierge team, with a dedicated wedding planner. Wedding planning services are mandatory and quoted separately. Event fees may apply. Services Policy To ensure consistent service standards, proper coordination and respect for the property, external suppliers and third-party service providers are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, private chefs, catering companies, event vendors, decorators, musicians, photographers, wellness practitioners, transportation providers and other external contractors. All guest services must be arranged exclusively through Property Manager and its approved partners. City tax: €3 per adult per day for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon arrival. Parking Area and Entrance Gates Monitoring Outdoor security cameras are installed and monitor the parking area, entrance gates, and external perimeter of the property for security purposes. No cameras are located inside the house or in any private guest areas.
