Villa Aprea is spread across three levels; each designed to maximize comfort and offer panoramic views. The villa is the perfect choice for families or groups of up to ten guests looking for a peaceful and private retreat.
Main Floor (Entrance Level)
The villa’s elegant entrance opens into a spacious living area where rustic charm meets modern luxury.
Living Room: This expansive space features large, plush sofa beds gathered around a charming fireplace, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the coast. Terracotta flooring adds warmth and authenticity, while vaulted windows open onto a terrace with breathtaking views.
King-Size Bedroom with En-suite Bathroom: Also on this floor, you’ll find a luxurious king-size bedroom featuring custom furnishings and a private en-suite bathroom.
Service Bathroom: A service bathroom is conveniently located off the main hallway for guest use.
Ground Floor
Stairs lead down to the ground floor, where you’ll discover more intimate living spaces.
Second Living and Dining Area: A cozy living area with a double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space if needed, while the fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home.
King-Size Bedroom with Bathroom: This floor also features a second king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer more privacy.
First Floor
Upstairs, the first floor is where the villa’s remaining bedrooms are located.
Two King-Size Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms: These spacious rooms each have their own private en-suite bathrooms and stunning views.
Third King-Size Bedroom: The largest bedroom on this floor also features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with a luxurious walk-in shower for a spa-like experience.
Dining Area: The dining space is located adjacent to the living room, creating a seamless flow for indoor and outdoor dining. The room opens out to a vaulted terrace, furnished for lounging, where you can enjoy the Capri sunsets in style.
Outdoor Spaces
The true highlight of Villa Aprea is its incredible outdoor spaces, designed for relaxation and taking in the beauty of the surroundings.
Private Heated Pool: The villa’s private pool is the perfect spot for cooling off during the day, with views that stretch out over the Mediterranean. The pool is surrounded by a sunbathing lawn and furnished with sun loungers for relaxing afternoons in the sun.
Available upon request, pool heating is offered from April 1st - June 15th and September 15th - October 30th, with the temperature set at around 27°C.
Expansive Terrace: The terrace offers multiple seating areas, including a pergola with an outdoor sea view kitchen, making it the ideal spot for alfresco meals. Here, you can dine while enjoying views of Capri and the islands.
Barbecue Area and Pizza Oven: The villa’s outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue and a traditional pizza oven, ideal for preparing meals and hosting a pizza night under the stars.
Mediterranean Gardens: The lush gardens surrounding the villa are filled with olive groves and local plants, creating a peaceful environment where you can enjoy the beauty of nature.

Arrival and Check-In Information
Check-in time: Between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. In case of any travel delays or unforeseen issues, please inform our team so we can assist with late arrivals (subject to an additional fee).
Check-out time: By 10:00 am.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
Tourist Tax
Please note that some of the municipalities where Property Manager villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The tax is calculated based on the number of nights in your reservation and must be paid directly by guests upon or before arrival.
Other Things to Note
Small-to-Medium-Sized Car Recommended: Due to the narrow road leading to the property, a small-to-medium-sized car is recommended for ease of access.
Events and Gatherings: If you wish to host any events, such as a wedding or large gathering, please inform Property Manager at the time of booking. Written consent is required, and additional fees may apply for hosting events.
External Services: Any services, including private chefs or catering, must be approved by Property Manager prior to booking. Unauthorized services are not permitted.
Wood Ovens: If you would like to use the villa’s wood oven, please note that it may only be operated by professional pizza chefs provided by Property Manager. Please inquire for availability and pricing.
Accessibility: Due to the villa’s multi-level design, Villa Aprea is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs or those with limited mobility.
