The gardens include a large, salt water pool, heated in the cooler months, and back onto lush tropical rainforest with resident wallabies, for a quiet, uninterrupted stay.

You will have complete private access to the property, grounds and driveway. Only the garage is kept locked for some storage needs.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Guests are required to fill and sign a check in form on, or prior to arrival.
- All adults will need to present I.D when checking in or beforehand.
- Only the amount of people on the booking are permitted at the property.
- If you plan to have visitors at the property, please clear this with us first.
- We have a strict no parties/gatherings/events rule.
- Please do not run A/C when you are not home.
