Our home was featured in the 2022 St. George Parade of Homes. Come and experience our 2,610sq ft luxury home located at The Ledges of St. George. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is set up to accommodate single or multi-family groups. The furnishings include all the upgrades you could ask for including flat-screen HDTV’s, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The floorplan is open and welcoming with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. Accommodations also include an outdoor firepit table, gas grill, Private putting green, covered back patio, and a private backyard.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
