Be the first to stay in this brand new, spacious cottage located on a quiet street just a short 5 minute bike ride from St. Augustine Beach! Ideally situated with close proximity to downtown historic attractions, as well as beachside and island restaurants, shops, and activities, Aqua Palms Cottage is the perfect spot for your next trip to St. Augustine! Enjoy mornings on the front porch with your cup of coffee before heading out to explore. Ride bikes through the beach neighborhoods or to enjoy beachside ice cream and fun in the sun. Come back to grill out and share stories about the adventures of the day.
The beautifully furnished split floor plan boasts a beachy and modern style, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast island, and a large master bedroom and bathroom with double vanities. Two additional bedrooms give the family plenty of sleeping space. You will find all of the essentials for your vacation at Aqua Palms Cottage, including a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms outfitted with soft towels, crisp linens on the beds, and start up soap, shampoo and paper amenities.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
