You may ask why we named our home "I Could Live Here". Some of the reasons are: Golf course view, on the beautiful 18th fairway. Designed with golfers in mind. Four bedrooms, sleeps 12 with 4.5 baths so no need to share. Perfect for a foursome or 4 couples! Works great for families too with separate upstairs TV/game room for the kids. Watch the sunset colors over the red rocks from the shaded back yard patio with large table, BBQ and comfy seating also. Short walk to the pool but you have your very own private hot tub on our south facing roof top deck. Wet bar with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig and coffee pods , popcorn provided. Wet bar also has complete set of non breakable coffee mugs, dishes and glasses for kids and/or to use outside on the patio deck. Upstairs rec room has big screen TV and table with board games and jig saw puzzles provided. Provided: pickle ball racquets and balls. And for golfers, experienced golf balls to replace those lost on the areas many gorgeous golf courses GOURMET KITCHEN! If you like to cook this is the place for you. Furnished by a gourmet cook with a sweet tooth. Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart food processor, hand mixer, cookie dough scoop, cake pans, cookies sheets, muffin tins, waffle iron, extra large griddle, slow cooker, plenty of serving platters and bowls, pots, pans, gadgets and utensils too. Included for your holiday cooking, an extra large turkey roasting pan and thermometer. Cook for a crowd with ease.
