Two additional queen bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower. Up one more floor is the bunk room of dreams with a media room and two built-in bunks with trundles, and a fold-out couch made for sleepover memories for a lifetime. There’s a private ¾ bathroom and wet bar for comfort and convenience, not to mention a table suited for puzzles, games, craft projects, and more. Designed by a premier Northwest designer, the Lookout will take your breath away. It’s going to feel like a second home to you, one you want to return to again and again. The roomy, open living room features a gas fireplace, a wet bar, large comfortable seats and sofas, and a wall-mounted TV with a library of movies to choose from. (There are four televisions overall, so everyone can watch what they want.) The large, completely loaded kitchen features a five-burner propane stove, a full-sized oven and microwave, two dishwashers, two sinks, plus plenty of up-to-date appliances and hardware. The dining room table easily seats 10, and the breakfast bar can seat four more. Outside, you’ll find an always spotless 8-person outdoor hot tub (currently unavailable). There’s also a rocking-chair porch and a gas grill. The house has plenty of books and games, as well as bikes to borrow in the two-car garage. The Lookout’s location is ideal. You’re just a couple of blocks from all the restaurants and shopping, across the street from the indoor pool and shuffleboard, a five-minute walk from the beach, but swathed in privacy because of the way the house is situated on the lot. The WiFi is boosted by a three-node, high-capacity router, so your signal will be strong. You’ll have no problem staying online when you need to. Also for your comfort: There are two sets of washers and dryers in the main house. Please be aware that this rental property shares a lot with a carriage house that is on occasion occupied by the owners or their family members. The garden and hot tub is always reserved for the exclusive use of guests.
