The Home
Along for the Ride with Carriage House, our four bedroom, three bathroom Seabrook home comfortably sleeps twelve and is just one block from the indoor pool, two blocks from Seabrook’s front street merchants, and a five minute walk to the beach!
The house is ideal for two families or a group of friends. Two dining room tables are perfect for group dinners, (tables seat 13). For dining al fresco, there is a gas BBQ grill and large outdoor table in the private back yard and also there is additional seating on the large deck off the dining room. You’ll find the gourmet kitchen stocked with all the tools and gadgets you need to prepare simple or elaborate meals. Sit on the sunny side deck with your morning coffee, and later, after a day at the beach, relax and sip drinks with friends on the front deck, or cozy up with your family in front of the gas fireplace or flat screen TV!

Along for the Ride is located in the charming Alderwood District. Just a 5 minute walk to town center and the beach. Grab a picnic basket and spend the day at Crescent Park. This huge park features outdoor games, a bocce ball court, community fire pits, the playground, the basketball court and the indoor pool.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Along for the Ride has an occupancy maximum of 14 guests and 2 dogs. A dog fee will be charge at confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Along for the Ride. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
