3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms penthouse apartment in Downtown Auckland. 1st floor includes a lounge, dining area, kitchen, bedroom with twin beds, ensuite & laundry. The balcony leads from the lounge & has a City view down to the Viaduct.
Upstairs: Master has a King bed that can be split for an additional fee & ensuite. The other bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed.
A starter pack of bathroom & kitchen condiments are included, fresh linen & towels, with the apartment being serviced weekly.

The lift goes to level 3, entry to the apartment is along the hallway & up a flight of stairs. Quinovic Viaduct reserves the right to cancel a booking and offer a full refund or a replacement booking at its discretion.

The key collection is from 10 Hobson Street, Quinovic office ground floor.
Outside office hours key collection can be done from lockboxes.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
  • Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
  • Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment or on the balcony.
  • The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
