An ode to the beauty of the Amalfi Coast, Villa Grá is a stunning interior-designed holiday home with panoramic views over the sparkling Tyrrhenian sea. The name of this very special villa is taken from the Irish word for ’love’, inspired by the roots of the Irish owner, and in its every corner this home shows love for its enchanting surroundings.
This stunning villa, with direct vistas over the bay and the local church belltower from many of the rooms, terrace and fruit tree-shaded garden, has just been fully restored to an exceptional standard. Hand-painted floor tiles in a typical Amalfi Coast pattern, bespoke paint colours, a hand-made kitchen and bespoke bathrooms with specialist finishes elevate the interior to a luxurious level, while honouring the crafts and landscape of the local area.
Painstakingly sourced antique and mid-century furniture and decorative pieces, from etched Murano glass pendants to beautifully restored Deco armchairs and original artworks bring a quality and attention to detail rarely found in homes available to rent.
The villa is organised over one floor:
• Raised Garden with sea view, shady fruit trees and sun beds & snooze chairs
• Large terrace with direct vistas over the sea and the local church belltower
• Dining Room opens onto terrace with dining table
• Charming living room with sofa, armchairs and TV

• 1 double bedroom (bed size 180x200) with infinity view of the sea

About the area
Praiano, Italy, is a serene coastal village that offers a tranquil alternative to the bustling tourist hotspots along the Amalfi Coast. With its picturesque cliffside setting, Praiano provides stunning views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and an authentic slice of Italian coastal life.
One of the village's most enchanting features is its intimate beaches, such as Marina di Praia, a pebble beach nestled between cliffs, accessible through a dramatic fjord. The clear waters are perfect for swimming and kayaking, offering a peaceful escape from the more crowded beaches nearby.
Praiano is also known for its beautiful churches, including the Church of San Gennaro with its majolica-tiled dome that gleams in the sunlight. The church's piazza is a popular spot for visitors to take in the panoramic vistas and enjoy the local atmosphere.
For those who love to explore on foot, Praiano is a hiker's delight. The Path of the Gods, a famous hiking trail, offers breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast and the island of Capri. The trail connects Praiano to other coastal towns, making it an excellent way for adventurers to experience the natural beauty of the region.

As the sun sets, Praiano lights up with a romantic glow. The village's restaurants and bars come alive, offering visitors the chance to savor fresh seafood, traditional Italian cuisine, and the famous limoncello liqueur, all while overlooking the sea.
Praiano's charm lies in its laid-back atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking to unwind and immerse themselves in the slow pace of coastal Italian life. Its natural beauty, cultural richness, and warm hospitality make Praiano a gem on the Amalfi Coast that promises a memorable and relaxing getaway.
