One Particular Harbor, Margaritaville Resort complex on the Anna Maria Island Sound, a short 10-minute drive to the beaches. Nestled among the swaying palm trees on the third floor at the Margaritaville-inspired One Particular Harbor Resort, Last Mango is a brand-new condominium with a classic old Florida feel. From the moment you swing open the front door and view the sun-drenched living and dining areas, you’ll know you’ve found the ultimate home for your whole family to relax and unwind on island time.
The spacious, light-filled kitchen features high-end cabinets with beadboard detail, stainless steel
appliances, and gleaming granite countertops. A large island has bar seating for three people and a deep sink facing the living area. A large circular dining table is tucked into a cozy nook and has enough seating for eight people— perfect for lingering over glasses of sweet iced tea or serving a fresh seafood dinner for the whole family. The cozy living space has overstuffed sofas and a large flat-screen television that’s perfect for a movie night in with your crew. But the real stars of this show are the 16-foot glass doors that open up completely— merging the indoor and outdoor spaces for a true tropical oasis experience. The screened-in lanai looks out over a peaceful waterway and features comfortable seating and another small dining table. It’s an ideal area for kicking off your flip flops, catching an afternoon catnap, playing a game of cards, or sipping on a chilled evening cocktail while a breathtaking sunset lights up the sky.
The three spacious bedrooms offer plenty of flexible sleeping space for the whole family.
The two master suites make Last Mango ideal for couples traveling together. The first master suite sits just off the living space and features a dramatic king-size bed The Florida sunshine streams in through the wall of windows, while a flatscreen television and ensuite bathroom make this room a private oasis. The second master suite is down a short hallway near the front entrance, and also features a queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Across the hallway are a convenient laundry area and another full bathroom.
The third bedroom is equipped with cozy twin beds that make a cool spot for the kiddos to camp out.
When your gang is ready to head outside and explore, the Margaritaville-inspired resort-style living of One Particular Harbor offers something for everyone to enjoy. Take a dip in the sparkling heated pool and kid’s splash pad. Lounge in the comfy picnic BBQ area and playground. Or take a 5 minute ride to beautiful Holmes Beach. From there you can catch free trolleys daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. to the beaches, shops, restaurants, and on- or off-island adventures and excursions. There’s also regular transportation available at the resort front. This property comfortably accommodates a group of 7. One small dog upto 25 lbs is allowed. Guests of Last Mango are supplied with lightning-fast WiFi, cable television, beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, covered garage parking, a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and many other condo building amenities including an elevator and luggage cart.

****Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool overlooking the intercoastal, hot tub and beach area. Fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, kayaks with two launches, three additional private pools and a hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along the quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
