Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book, no students.
- - All guests will be requested to upload on our app the front and back of their ID upon booking confirmation in order to access the property.
- - Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises; this includes tobacco and cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. In Residential gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after quiet hours may result in a fine.
- - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- - USE: Any commercial or promotional use(s) of the property requires prior express written approval from the property owner and is subject to additional use fees.
- -- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout.
- - Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- - Please do not hang towels over balcony railings.
- - We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- - We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
- *Any fault in complying with the comment before will cause a direct cancellation of the booking without any refund.
