This new-build unit offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, featuring a well-stocked kitchen, high-speed WiFi, in-unit laundry, ample parking, and direct access to the community dining/lounge area — perfect for work or group hangouts. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and ’retired’ towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay. If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess. ***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group*** - Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. - Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform.
