In one of the bedrooms, the beds can be separated into two twins, instead of a queen.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to cook. Full-size refrigerator with ice maker, Smeg blender, Smeg toaster, Nespresso maker, Nespresso frother, full size oven and microwave. Air conditioning and heat separate in each bedroom as well as living room.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Outdoor patio includes dining table for eight people, two large couches that face each other for relaxing and looking at the beautiful pool and seaviews. Bar area with outdoor fridge where you can serve food or drinks right next to the dining table. Gigantic salt water heated swimming pool 10 m x 5 m, six chaise lounges with umbrellas for sun protection including an outdoor shower. Weber gas grill as well as a traditional Portuguese charcoal grill included. The house also includes a lookout point up a full flight of stairs with a two person hammock bed, so you can look out to the sea and read a book or just take up very well deserved nap. The back garden access from each bedroom includes an umbrella with sitting area, and ample space to take a stroll through the nature garden, or read a book.

The villa is perched on a hill and there are seven steps to reach the front porch. Once inside, living accommodation is all on one level and there are no steps or staircases within. There are 3 shallow steps from the lounge terrace to the pool.
Parking is within the grounds of the property and is suitable for 3 cars, with automatic gates, as well as a high-speed EV charger for electric and hybrid cars.
