Welcome to “Japandi’’ a modern 3BR Townhome located in the heart of Traverse City. With an open kitchen and well defined living space. It is perfect for groups looking to stay close to all the attractions of TC, wineries, and craft breweries and restaurants.
Due to HOA rules and regulations this property does not allow pets, we appreciate your understanding.
Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This Traverse City townhome boasts two downstairs bedrooms and one loft upstairs bedroom to come home to after exploring the area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. If you’re traveling with a young one, you’ll find a Pack and Play crib and a highchair in the closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a full sofa futon.
Three bedrooms, a Pack and Play crib, one Full Futon mean this home can comfortably accommodate up to six adults and/or an infant, a rare commodity in the middle of Traverse City.
Note that the loft bedroom is located on the second floor.

The townhome has two full baths, so there’s no need to worry about scrambling for shower time. All bathrooms feature high quality amenities.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook up tasty meals, including new stainless steel appliances, an instant pot, a crock pot, a blender, and a separate coffee station with an assortment of coffee and tea available. There are also kids’ bowls, utensils, and a high chair for young families.

Just across from the kitchen and dining room is the cozy living room with plush furnishings, Enjoy entertainment at your fingertips with our smart TVs, equipped with a variety of streaming applications. Simply log in with your personal credentials to access your favorite shows and movies for a cozy, home-like experience. If you’re looking for some family fun or group activity, check out our board game collection. There are also some kids’ toys and books available.
Head out to the patio through the sliding glass doors after making your book selection, slip into the outdoor chairs and enjoy. Morning coffees in the cool breeze are also a treat.
Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to OTA reservations.
