Welcome to Fireside Fun! One of Lake Norman’s newest remodeled listings, this house sleeps 18 and has a new in-ground pool! The house’s namesake is perfect, and the new lakeside fire pit will create s’mores and memories for your whole group.
Fireside Fun is a wholly remodeled ranch house with a basement. The main level features an open concept with a kitchen, living, and dining room in one big area. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked to prep all your group meals.
While the chef is prepping all the meals, there is an island for other guests to keep them company with seating for 4. Once meals are prepped, there is plenty of space for the whole group to dine together in the dining area, which features two tables seating 8-10 and 6.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
