Chele’s Bayside Cottage features an open floor plan living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen and island seating, perfect for family gatherings. The dining room offers direct access to the covered back porch with waterfront views, while the tastefully decorated living room boasts a large flat-screen TV and access to the porch.

With four bedrooms spread throughout the house, including a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms on the first floor and a bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds on the second floor, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Please note the following house rules:
  • 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
  • 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
  • 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
  • 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
  • 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
  • 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
  • 7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
  • 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
  • 9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
