Beautifully appointed and located on gorgeous St. Augustine Beach, this Colony Reef condo features a premiere VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean which greets you when you walk in the door and can be enjoyed all day long from the living area and kitchen, master bedroom and balcony! Watch the sunrise over the ocean in the comfort of your own bedroom or private balcony! Take a swim in the oceanfront pool and enjoy the expansive beach which is just steps from the unit where you can enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family and friends. Colony Reef complex is gated and loaded with amenities for the family such as two pools, one oceanfront and one indoor heated, tennis courts, two hot tubs, fitness gym, recreation room with ping-pong table, and dry sauna.
Ocean and historic St. Augustine themed artwork surrounds you in this second floor unit which is conveniently located right beside the elevator. Inside there is plenty of space to cook and enjoy meals and relax in the comfortable living space and large covered balcony while listening to the ocean waves. An ocean-view master, furnished with a king-sized bed, and a guest bedroom are both ensuite with walk-in showers. A small third bedroom provides extra sleeping space for the kids. Bedrooms are outfitted with crisp white linens and bathrooms are supplied with starter amenities and soft white towels.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
