"Amazing Location and View-
We had an amazing time staying at the condo. It was clean and had a beautiful view of the creek and trees below. It is walking distance from the base, Alpine sun which we use to rent our gear and also the A-Frame which we enjoyed a little Apres. We can’t wait to go back!"- Morgan

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Quiet hours 9pm-8am No pets, No Smoking, Must be 25 years old. No more then max occupancy of listing at any time.
