The back yard of the house is a private oasis. The fenced-in area with a pool and tiki hut bar is the perfect place to unwind, host lively gatherings, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, all while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors and the pleasures of a tropical vacation right at home. It is fully fenced for privacy and furry friends but also has one of the largest private pools in North Forest Beach as well as a four hole putting green. The large sunbathing deck surrounding the pool has an attached spa and a spacious outdoor tiki bar. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
