In addition to a wonderful and unbeatable location, you are also granted access to the community outdoor pool at Club Hatteras. Upon entering this beach charmer, you will be led to the main living space by a flight of stairs. Discover a welcoming, coastal-themed living room where you all can unwind, spread out comfortably while watching TV, and start planning your adventures. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces for the group, so don’t hesitate to stock up on groceries and show off your cooking skills. The kitchen opens onto a covered deck with seating that faces the cul-de-sac while the living room opens onto a second screened deck with an outdoor dining area. This floor also houses a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms located on the upper level, each with its own TV. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
