This modern three-storey townhouse comes with a private parking space for one car! Located a few steps from the sea, you can wake up and be on the beach in just a few minutes. The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests, with a combination of double and single beds to suit everybody. There’a sofa, dining table, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen - everything you will need for a fantastic stay with friends or family. Close to all the lovely sights and sounds that Brighton has to offer! *ALLOCATED PARKING SPACE (extremely rare in Brighton!) *4 POSTER BED *MOMENTS FROM THE SEA *FLEXIBLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT FOR YOUR GROUP With a parking space for one car located right at the house’s entrance, the fantastic location just moments from the sea... this townhouse is ideal for your long weekends or vacations. Enter on the ground floor of this beautiful 3 storey townhouse and straight ahead is the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. It’s a small but cosy sociable space, with a comfy sofa that can seat 3 people. There’s a TV and excellent Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The dining table pulls out to seat 8, and there are a further 4 seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials (plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery etc) so that you can make the most of dining in, there’s plenty of tea, coffee, sugar salt & pepper & cooking oil, as well as handy appliances such as a microwave, a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher. At the back of the house on the ground floor you will find a small patio area which is ideal if any of the group are smokers (we kindly ask you to clear up any cigarette butts please!). On the first floor you’ll find two bedrooms and the main bathroom which has a shower over the bath, and sink and plenty of bath towels, hand towels and guest toiletries are supplied so please help yourself. The toilet is separate which may help to avoid bathroom queues in the morning! Up on the top floor there are a further two bedrooms. THE BEDROOMS &SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom 1 - Queen Sized Bedroom 2 - Queen Sized Bed plus a Day Bed Bedroom 3 - Twin Bunk Beds Bedroom 4 - Single Bed Each bed has a soft memory foam mattress which are made up with fresh white hotel-style linen and plenty of towels are provided for everyone. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a beautiful four poster king size bed with a separate single day bed. There is a TV opposite the king size bed, perfect for watching whilst tucked up in bed at night or with breakfast in bed! This room can sleep 3 in total. Bedroom 2 is on the top floor and has glass doors which open out onto the balcony which has great views over town. There’s a dressing table with a mirror which can double as a work space if needed. There is a queen size bed and the room sleeps 2 people. Bedroom 3 is also on the top floor and has full size single bunk beds, sleeping 2. Bedroom 4 is has a single bed, perfect for 1 person. There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guest to use. Guests have the whole house to themselves during their stay. ON FOOT Walking is the easiest way to see Brighton, since all of the main attractions are close together. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the centre of town and the apartment could not be closer to the seafront. PARKING There is a parking space for one car located right at the entrace to the house. Parking can be difficult in the centre of town. Therefore, we recommend leaving additional cars in one of the pay and display spaces on the seafront or in a car park and then explore on foot or on public transport. TRAIN Brighton station is a 10-15 minute drive away, with trains to London Victoria, Kings Cross, Gatwick and other cities. BUSES There are plenty of bus routes around town and they are very frequent. The number 1 bus goes into central Brighton and the number 7 goes to Brighton station, both roughly every 7 minutes. CYCLING Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton and Hove, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
