There’s an oven and hob, fridge with freezer box and lots of space for preparing a brunch or dinner etc. Plenty of cookware, cutlery, glassware and crockery are provided along with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics so please make yourself at home and help yourself.
Living Room and Dining Area
The lovely big living room has a corner sofa with 2 additional velvet chairs plus a dining table fit for 4 guests, so it’s a nice sociable space. With a Smart TV, this area is perfect for relaxing, chatting, watching a movie or eating a meal with friends or family. Please check out the views out over the sea and take in the stunning sunsets!
Bedrooms
The two large bedrooms in the apartment have plenty of personal storage space for you to use during your stay. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1 -1 x double bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds (can be set up as a king size)
Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all guests.
Bathroom
A clean, contemporary and recently refurbished bathroom with plenty of complimentary guest toiletries, big bath towels and hand towels for all guests.
Location
From this location, you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes! The vibrant shops of Kemptown are a few minutes walk away, where you’ll find some lovely local pubs, a couple of great restaurants and some quirky independent shops. You can also easily walk into the centre of Brighton for fabulous shopping opportunities, an abundance of culture, truly electric nightlife etc in 10 minutes or so.
Guests have access to the whole property privately to themselves for the duration of their stay.
Please note: this is a ’split-level’ apartment with the entrance (and laundry room) located on the 2nd Floor and the main living space up on the 3rd Floor.
There are approximately 55 steps to the 3rd Floor and the building does not have a lift.
WALKING
Brighton is a small city and all of the highlights of the city are easily accessible on foot. It’s also quite easy to navigate around.
TRAIN
Brighton train station is less 1.5 miles from the house with frequent trains to London Victoria, Gatwick airport, Kings Cross and beyond.
BUS & TAXI
There are plenty of buses, taxis and Uber, but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot. The nearest taxi rank is on the same road as the house. Buses provide great access to the train station, as well as the town centre and beyond.
CAR & PARKING
Parking can be notoriously difficult around Brighton, especially in such a central location. Brighton Station has some of the best-priced parking in the central area. Two blocks away on Marine Parade, you can park for the full day of 11 hours and also stay over night for around £6-7 per day. However, where possible we always recommend coming by train as Brighton is so easy to travel around on foot or by bus.
BIKES
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean.
A stairgate is provided, free of charge.
