KITCHEN / DINER
The big kitchen / diner has everything you need to cook up a brunch or dinner for friends or family including a microwave and a dishwasher. The dining table seats 6 offering the perfect space to catch up with friends or family. Plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics are provided.
LIVING ROOM
This room is huge!!!! With 3 big sofas - 2 of which are comfy stripey sofas creating a fabulous sociable space with plenty of original charm including high ceilings, sash windows and draped curtains. The 3rd sofa easily opens out to be a fantastic kingsize sofa bed that’s perfect for 2 guests (all bedding, bed linen and towels are provided).
BEDROOM
The bedroom has an amazingly comfortable super king size bed (this can be set up as 2 x singles - please request in advance). With floor to ceiling wardorbes along one wall there is plenty of space for your personal items, plus a Smart TV tucked away in the central cupboard so you can relax in bed whilst watching your favourite movie. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
BATHROOM
The stunning bathroom is a feast for the eyes! The combination of stunning green wall tiles, porcelain floor tiles and gold fixtures - including a shower over bath, creates a luxurious atmosphere, perfect for soaking in the bath with a glass of something special! Plenty of large towels, hand towels and guest toiletries are provided.
You will have the whole flat to yourselves during your stay.
Many of Brighton’s attractions and restaurants are within walking distance of the property. The beach is only a 2 minute walk! The Marina is not much further.
Bikes: There are cycles to rent at the top of Rock Gardens- two minutes away.
Train: The nearest train station to the property is Brighton Station. From the station then catch the 7 or 27 or 47 or 57 bus to the stop Arundel Terrace or LIDL Superstore and the property is a short walk from there.
Bus: There are great bus links in Brighton. Head to Eastern Road or St George’s Road for links to the centre and across town.
Airport: The nearest airport is London Gatwick. From there take the Gatwick Express/Southern/Thameslink to Brighton railway station then catch the 7 or 27 or 47 or 57 bus to the stop Arundel Terrace or LIDL Superstore and the property is a short walk from there.
PARKING - Parking can be difficult and expensive all over central Brighton. The nearest free parking is the multi-storey car park at The Marina, which is a 15-min walk from the property.
