This absolutely stunning seaside Regency apartment has its own private terrace and is located just 150 metres from the sea, close to the Peace Statue on the beach, and near an underground car park. Contemporary in style, it has wooden floors, neutral tones and some wonderful wall art. Complete with all the home comforts you would expect, you can cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and dine inside or out. The bedroom has a king size bed and windows shutters for your great nights sleep.

This stunning lower ground floor apartment is stylish, yet homely, and has everything you might need for the best stay in Brighton. It also has a private patio garden with outdoor seating. It is set on the desirable Regency Square that contains some of the finest examples of Regency architecture in Brighton.
Natural light floods the space, and the neutral tones are complemented by thoughtful design, accessories, furnishings, and solid wooden floors. In the living room, wall art, a large comfy blue sofa (that opens up as a sofa bed for one guest), and a fireplace soften the minimal style. French doors give direct access onto the private patio terrace and outdoor seating.
The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower. There are plenty of hotel towels and toiletries provided for all guests.
There is plenty of cookware, crockery, glassware, and cutlery in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and cooking basics so please help yourself. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dishwasher. Cook up a brunch for friends or a loved one and dine in style and comfort with elegant dining chairs, with views out onto the terrace.
With fresh hotel linen and cushions, the double bedroom is a relaxing haven with a lovely king size bed, and shutters at the window. There’s a free standing wardrobe for your personal items, plus a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
The apartment is the perfect base from which to explore the city; it’s also a great place to relax and feel at home and catch up on your favourite movie as there is a Smart TV and great Wifi.
Grab a cup of coffee and head out to the private terrace to relax in the sun, or head to the beach in the early evening for the stunning sunsets, or bring a bottle of wine to Hove Lawns.
Within walking distance there are numerous fantastic cafes, coffee shops, and bakeries, as well as excellent bars, pubs, and restaurants. For the best coffee, go to Wolfox or Small Batch, Flour Pot for cakes, Cin Cin or Market for contemporary tapas, and Six for cocktails. Whilst out and about do not forget to take in the stunning, local architecture, particularly on the famous Brunswick Square and Adelaide Crescent.
Guests have access to the whole apartment privately to themselves for the duration of their stay.
WALKING
Everything you need is within walking distance...... the beach, the Pier, the i360, great fish and chips. It’s all on the doorstep.
BUS
If you prefer, buses pass close by providing access to all parts of the city.
TAXI
Taxis and easily available across the city and Uber operates in Brighton.
TRAIN
Brighton mainline train station is a 20 minute walk.
PARKING
Parking in Brighton is very difficult but there is a car park close by - Regency Car Park, we advise you to check prices first as it can be expensive. Alternatively Regency Secure Parking is nearby.
CYCLING
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest collection point to Regency Square is just a short walk to the OTA Metropole on the seafront. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
- The apartment is on the lower ground floor.
- For environmental purposes, the heating is turned off during the summer months, but if you would like it turned on please advise the host so that it can be arranged.
- The flat has BT cable TV with channels including Sky Atlantic, Sky Sports and BT sports, as well as Netflix etc. Access to BBC, ITV and Channel 4 programmes is through the
apps.
- If needed, we may be able to supply a travel cot for your stay at a cost of £20. Please request this when booking.
- We may be able to accommodate for an early check-in or late check-out for your stay but please check with us 24 hours in advance.

About the area
The house is off the historic and beautiful Regency Square with central gardens and underground car park.
It's close to the sea and the iconic British Airways i360 viewing platform. Many pubs, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance plus you can easily access supermarkets and a pharmacy.
Central Brighton - for shopping and entertainment is a few minutes walk. Brighton Pier and the West Pier are easily accessible as are the Lanes and the North Laine for shopping and great independent shops and cafes.
