Guests will enjoy spending time outside in a private hot tub, waterfront deck, and patio with inside amenities inclusive of a shuffleboard table, a 75-inch TV with sound system, an Xbox 360 with Kinect (over 25 games to choose from), and a heated garage equipped with a Ping-Pong table. The hand-peeled log home features cozy radiant heated floors throughout, three bedrooms (all en suite full baths), a cozy loft with a queen bed, and a total of four and a half bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen equipped with a professional gas Wolf stove, perfect for crafting delicious meals for your group complemented by a built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator. This home has a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, coffee maker, Keurig, waffle maker, griddle, blender, and many more kitchen amenities and appliances. The kitchen and dining areas open to the two-story main living area that boasts a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance with unobstructed lake and mountain views from all windows with a thoughtfully designed reading nook and rocking chair to sip your coffee or enjoy your favorite book. You will also be able to enjoy a large full-grain leather sectional couch and chair in front of the fireplace telling stories with friends and family of the day’s adventures, creating lasting memories.
Step outside to embrace the breathtaking mountain landscape from one of the two spacious decks or a large stamped concrete back patio with Adirondack chairs and a wood-burning firepit with lakefront and mountain views. Just off the patio is a six-person, private hot tub with unrivaled views of the ski slopes and the Continental Divide. The property sits waterfront on a lake, offering serene views and activities like kayaking and
paddle boarding with three kayaks included for guest use (life jackets are required for the use of kayaks). Encompassing the lake is a crushed gravel trail with direct access from the basement that is perfect for a morning stroll or a surreal flat jog in the mountain around the lake. You also have access to a waterfront playground set, basketball court, and covered picnic tables 100 yards from the back of the house exclusive to Pole Creek
Valley homeowners and guests. The home also has three adult bikes and one youth bike at your disposal for exploring the area and is equipped with many fishing poles (adult and kid size) if you desire to try fishing the lake or other gold-medal fishing spots in the Fraser Valley. This place is on a paved road and very quiet. Additional perks include shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, and laundry pod.
