Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- This condo is located within the Hacienda de Mita community inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita private development on the first floor of Building 9. The community is comprised of attractive 3- and 4-floor towers, each housing 6 or 8 luxurious condos respectively. The buildings are surrounded by extensive tropical gardens as well as manicured lawns. It is the only residential community inside the Punta Mita development to have its own beachfront and residents’ only beach club, making it the ideal location to enjoy surfing, swimming and other water sports. It is conveniently situated only a two-minute walk from the village of Punta de Mita, otherwise known as “El Anclote”, where a number of excellent restaurants can be found.

- Strictly no more than 8 guests (including babies). Best suited for a maximum of 6 adults or up to 8 guests when accompanied by children.
- Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with bunk beds and a shower room that was originally intended as staff quarters where you will find the washing machine and dryer for this condo; therefore, it is best suited for accompanying staff or children. It does not have AC.
