Onsite gated car parking is free of charge.
- All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival.
- No access to the Property can be given until Property Manager has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Property Manager sole discretion.
- Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property
- Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft.
- In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest
- Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to Cyprus Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Property Manager in this scenario.
- Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests.
- At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest.
- Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Property Manager. The guest should inform the Property Manager at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability.
Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation.
- If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Property Manager has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
