This three bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a late victorian building sitting directly opposite Dartmouth Park right at the top of Dartmouth Park Hill. The green spaces of Hampstead Heath is also a stone throw away from the property. A very light and airy apartment, it comes with three decent-sized double bedrooms, a modern kitchen and two bathrooms with all the necessary mod cons for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has been recently renovated to provide comfort whilst retaining its period character. The master bedroom is large in size with ample space to relax and unwind. The other two bedrooms are of a decent size and are both equipped with a double bed. The open plan living area makes for a nice space to relax with family or friends with the backdrop of Hampstead Heath from the living room window.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
