Beautiful 4 bedroom/3 full & 2 half bathroom house overlooking Two Brook. Warm up with the ambiance and ease of gas fireplaces in both the living room and family/game room. Luxury finishes include hardwood floors, soapstone and granite counter tops, high end appliances, restoration hardware vanities, tiled showers, soaking tubs, wainscoting, barn door accents and much more. Newly renovated chef’s kitchen and expanded dining room perfect for entertaining. Primary bedroom with large spacious bathroom on the main floor. Gather around the outside firepit on the double lot and enjoy gazing at the stars in the Vermont sky overlooking the babbling brook. Hot tub is pending delivery but will be installed and operational prior to Dec 2022 booking - Primary renter must be 30 and over -Primary renter will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID - Parking available for 4 vehicles *- A preauthorization charge of $1,000 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure. *- You can save 4% if you do not pay via CC. Direct payment methods are Venmo, Zelle or Wire *- When booking with CC the CC processing fee is no refundable. Any booking cancellation will be refundable based on the cancellation policy minus the CC processing fee for the amount paid.
