The Neighborhood
Ocated at the south end neighborhood of Caesarea, adjacent to the golf community and accessible to major traffic arteries, industrial and business park of Caesarea and the train station. The neighborhood sits on a high limestone ridge, and has a unique topography, vegetation and landscape to the sea. The neighborhood is surrounded by green areas and scenic dunes surrounding it, extends to the beach. Among other things, an Archaeological Quarry that will be rehabilitated and will become a nature spot. Including hiking trails. Cluster 12 is characterized by 240 lots of 600-800 square meters, allowing even younger buyers to join the community and enjoy the quality of life that characterizes Caesarea. In the past 2 year, about 100 plots were sold and construction can be seen on-site. The neighborhood offers walking paths and bicycle, designed landscaped public spaces, playgrounds and kindergarten in the future. A sport complex, that includes: skate park, mini soccer fields, basketball, tennis and fitness facilities and play is being built and will be located just north to the neighborhood. A synagogue is adjacent to the sports center.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
