Aiguille 1 is a smart apartment in a great location. This ground floor property is in a quiet area close to Chamonix town centre meaning shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Equally, the Planards ski and leisure area is nearby with its popular all-year-round luge. Glass doors from the open plan living area open onto a large private garden which is split between decked terrace and grass, rare in an apartment of this size.

OUR OPINION
This apartment has a wide appeal due to its smart interior, central location and fantastic outside space. It is particularly popular with families with children - bunk beds, full kitchen, great garden as well as plenty to do close by including the swimming pool and Planards beginner ski area. It certainly does tick a lot of boxes!
