This first floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom standard condominium features a unique butcher’s table bar in the kitchen. Chateau Dumont boasts a great location in downtown Aspen, only one block from the Silver Queen Gondola. This condo features a dining area with seating for four, a wood-burning fireplace, and flat screen TVs in the living area and primary bedroom. This condominium does not have a washer dyer in the unit or the complex.
