Moose Haven Hideaway is a stunning mountain home adorned with impeccable décor located in the picturesque community of Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado. This luxury home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
The main level offers a primary suite with a king-size bed, living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a full-size kitchen, dining area and two private balconies. Whether you choose to unwind by the stacked stone fireplace, enjoy a family movie night, or simply relax with the sunset in the background, the options are endless. A powder room down the hall adds to the convenience. Additionally there is a private laundry area and mudroom.
Downstairs guests will find two more bedrooms, cozy den, patio access and a shared bathroom await. The second primary suite features two full-over-full bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combination. The guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed in a tastefully decorated space. We strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible! Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Relax and enjoy – we’ve got you covered!
*Pet Fee: We charge a $150 pet fee, per pet. If you are requesting to bring more than 1 pet it must be approved by the property manager and the second pet fee paid. The pet fee is non-refundable.*

Guests of Property Manager have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
Pet Policy: Pet friendly for one pet per management approval and discretion. Additional pet MAY be approved by management. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per dog. No cats allowed. While we love dogs, please keep in mind that this is still a luxury home and that you are responsible for your pet and its behavior. The dog must be trained to stay off of the furniture. Please note there is not a gated yard, so you’ll be responsible for walking your pup and cleaning up after it on your adventures throughout the community.
