Nature’s Playground Chalet is a stunning modern mountain home in the picturesque Summit Sky Ranch community of Silverthorne, Colorado. Spanning 2,905 sq. ft., this impeccably designed retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 10 guests.
The main level features a primary suite with a king-size bed, a bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking mountain views, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, powder room, and two private balconies for outdoor relaxation.
The lower level includes three bedrooms, a cozy den with a foosball table, and access to a private patio. The second primary suite boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combination. The first guest bedroom offers a full-over-king bunk bed, while the second guest bedroom features a king-size bed. A shared bathroom with a double vanity and standing shower completes the space. The home also includes a heated two-car garage for secure parking and private laundry.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible! Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Relax and enjoy – we’ve got you covered!

Guests of Property Manager have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
