The lower level includes three bedrooms, a cozy den with a foosball table, and access to a private patio. The second primary suite boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-tub combination. The first guest bedroom offers a full-over-king bunk bed, while the second guest bedroom features a king-size bed. A shared bathroom with a double vanity and standing shower completes the space. The home also includes a heated two-car garage for secure parking and private laundry. Summit Sky Ranch offers 4 different shared hot tubs and 1 heated pool in the neighborhood for guest use. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.
