The home features in-unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and a scenic screened lanai with lake views. We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. Welcome to our second floor deluxe condo located in the "E" building in Park Shore Resort. This condo has been recently completely renovated and it has a laundry room with a washer and dryer in it, a luxury in Park Shore Resort as many units do not have them! The accommodations in our condo include a King bed in the main bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the family room. Being a deluxe unit, the bedrooms and bathrooms are split and are on opposite sides of the condo. Take a look at the floor plan in the photo carousel. The main bedroom has views to the center of Park Shore Resort and it has French Doors to the screened and covered lanai. There is a TV as well as a dresser, a desk with a chair, and the closet contains a pack n play, a high chair, a safe and 2 luggage racks. The attached en suite bathroom has a large mirror and a make up station, and a shower and tub combo. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds and has a sliding door out to the lanai. These twin beds can easily be converted to a King bed, there is a kit in the closet to easily do this. Please see photos of the conversion in the photo carousel. This room also has a TV, a dresser and a night stand. The second bathroom contains a single vanity, and a water closet with the toilet and a shower with a sliding door. The laundry room is also integrated into this bathroom and doors can be closed to both the bathroom and laundry room for privacy and quiet. The family room, kitchen and dining spaces are all interconnected and focus on the beautiful view outdoors to the lake and pedestrian bridge just outside. The family room has a pull out sofa which sleeps 2 as well as a sitting chair and coffee table. The dining set sets 4 and it is just behind the pass through counter to the kitchen. The kitchen is very well appointed with quartz counters, a package of stainless steel appliances and down lighting. There is a window that looks out to the outside corridor. Take a look at the floor plan included in the photo carousel. The owner of this condo also owns unit #237 and can be booked together or separately with this condo. There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced.
