Linen
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for complimentary portable cot. BYO pool towels for swimming pool/spa.
Property Specific Notes:
Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost.
This property has external security cameras located at the font, back and side of the main house covering the driveway area and around the house.
There is a noise monitoring device installed at this property. It does NOT record conversations but will alert us if the decibel level gets to an unacceptable level. If we are alerted, we will call you to ask you to turn the noise down in accordance with the NSW Code of Conduct laws regarding noise in Stra properties.
Pets are NOT permitted at this property.
Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.
