THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 - This is a bedroom on the ground floor of Unit 1 of the villa. - The room offers a heater, Wi-Fi, TV, king-sized bed, heater and gorgeous mountain views. - It has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 - This is a bedroom on the ground floor of Unit 1. - The room offers a heater, Wi-Fi, TV, king-sized bed, heater and gorgeous mountain views. - It has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 - This is a spacious bedroom situated on the first floor of Unit 2. - The room offers Wi-Fi, TV, a king-sized bed, sofa, heater and gorgeous mountain views. - It has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common washroom in the villa. - Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests’ convenience. LIVING ROOM - There is a cosy living room on the ground floor, complete with comfortable furnishings that can seat 6 - 7 people. - It is equipped with a fireplace, mosquito repellent and Wi-Fi access. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, crockery and cutlery. - Light cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. KITCHEN - Guests do not have to go to the kitchen to make their own meals. LAWN - There is a 225 sq. ft. lawn. - It can accommodate up to 4 - 5 people at any given time. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per hour. - Fireplace setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow pets at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per pet - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
