The Home
It is a new construction made with noble materials and surrounded by a majestic forest. The beautiful villa has large windows that allow you to admire the sea from any point of the interior. It also has views of the garden and the lush mountain. Next to the house there is a swimming pool and a large furnished porch that allows you to enjoy a sunny day. At the end of the day you can relax admiring a wonderful sunset. All the bedrooms have bathrooms and in general the spaces of the house are quite diaphanous, this is ideal if you are traveling with children. There is access to the beach and the lake.
The furnishings are modern and comfortable and there is centralized air conditioning and heating in all rooms. It has a heated swimming pool for private use by guests. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
