Glynmar is in prime position in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle but only a 5-minute walk into the village of Saundersfoot . The village pays tribute to its history, providing information for visitors in the heritage centre and activities at the National Events Deck. Climb the schooner rigging, enjoy an outdoor movie on the sails or drop a crab line from the deck to see how many you can catch?! (they are quite partial to bacon!) Saundersfoot has something for everyone, browse the shops for your holiday keepsakes, capture memories with pottery painting, kick off your shoes to relax on the golden sand or exercise your beloved pooches on the dog friendly
in the village and nearby. Be sure to try the local cuisine at the many cafes, restaurants and bars or see this perfect slice of Pembrokeshire from an alternative view by hiring a bike or a paddleboard, trek the coastal path or book boat trip around the beautiful coastline and the surrounding islands. The popular town of Tenby is 4 miles away with its bountiful beaches, rich history, cobbled streets and colourful houses. Glynmar is the perfect base to plan days out to the many attractions and activities that Pembrokeshire has to offer!
Enter the property through the front door into the hallway on the ground level.
Living area: This bright room has a very large window facing the front garden, a gas fire nestled into a whitewashed stone fireplace, Smart TV and sumptuous sofas to sink into after a long day exploring. Double glazed doors connect the living room to the dining area.
Kitchen/ dining room: The dining area, a large wooden table with bench seating and dining chairs. The kitchen has all the appliances you may need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, double oven, microwave, fridge and electric hob. Having the connection to the living area, you can easily socialise with your family and friends whilst busy in the kitchen.
Utility: A door from the kitchen leads into the utility area where you can also access the back garden. In the utility is a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
Bedroom 1: A bright fun twin bedroom with drawer storage for belongings, front facing with views of the garden.
Bedroom: Also front facing is the spacious king bedroom, decorated in coastal neutrals with built in wardrobes and ample storage.
Bathroom: The serene downstairs family bathroom has a freestanding oval bath to cocoon yourself in bubbles and luxury! It also has a washbasin, mirror and toilet.
Living area: A lovely snug area with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a selection of family games to play with loved ones. Glass doors connect to the large conservatory housing a quirky zebra print pool table!
Boot room: A shower unit, separate toilet and a stone tiled floor, this room is perfect for pre and post use of the hot tub! This area is also ideal to shake off the sand after a day adventuring at the beach.
A gate at the foot of the stairs has been provided for the safety of young children and as a prevention for dogs as they are not permitted upstairs.
Bedroom 3: Elevated views of the sea from the bedroom windows, a super king bed, large wardrobe, dressing table and ample storage for your belongings.
Bedroom 4: Single bed, chest of drawers, rear facing window.
Bedroom 5: Single bed, chest of drawers, sea glimpses from the front facing window.
Bathroom: Upstairs family bathroom comprises of a bath with rainfall shower over, toilet, washbasin and mirror.
Bedroom 6: This bedroom has a double bed, views of the sea, a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, dressing table and an ensuite.
Ensuite: Toilet, washbasin and mirror.
At the front of the property a lawned area is surrounded by shrubbery and enclosed by a gate. Garden furniture has been provided for you to wine and dine outdoors during your seaside holiday!
A private hot hub is tucked away behind wall and fencing for you to soak amongst the bubbles in peace for true relaxation.
This ample parking at the property on driveways either side of the property, fitting up to six cars.
Two well behaved dogs welcome at the property.
A £200 damage and good-housekeeping deposit is due when staying at this property.
