Utility: A door from the kitchen leads into the utility area where you can also access the back garden. In the utility is a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. At the front of the property a lawned area is surrounded by shrubbery and enclosed by a gate. Garden furniture has been provided for you to wine and dine outdoors during your seaside holiday! A private hot hub is tucked away behind wall and fencing for you to soak amongst the bubbles in peace for true relaxation. This ample parking at the property on driveways either side of the property, fitting up to six cars. Two well behaved dogs welcome at the property. A £200 damage and good-housekeeping deposit is due when staying at this property.
