This luxury vacation retreat is located in the Waikoloa Beach Villas at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Waikoloa Beach Villas is a Private Gated Community nestled within a World Class Resort Destination.
It situated within close proximity to shopping and great restaurants at the King s Shops and Queen s Marketplace, the Beach at Anaeho omalu Bay, and the Marriott and OTA Hotels.
The living room welcomes you with comfortable seating and TV. The sliding doors lead you to a lanai with patio furniture overlooking the golf course. Enjoy lunches out here in peace! This unit comes with central AC, great for the hot summer days.
The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and more for you to feel right at home. The dining table has seating for 6. Don t feel like cooking? Check out local poke shops or make reservations for a luau.
The master bedroom has a California King bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, dual sinks and bath tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, great for the kids!

All of our vacation rentals include a basic start-up supply of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper, linen, beach towels. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
This private-gated complex provides a fitness room, 2 resort style pools, spas, multiple barbecue grills by the pools with dining tables to enjoy family dinner. If you prefer to dine out, there is a number of great walkable restaurants and bars, Lava Lava Beach Club, A-Bays, Roy’s, Kuleana Rum Shack, Aloha Wine Bar, Starbucks, etc. There is also an Island Gourmet Market and fresh farmer market which offer an abundance of options to please everyone! The beach walk with multiple access points is just a few minutes’ walk from our unit. This Beachwalk from A-Bay to the OTA and beyond is not to be missed, tide pools, dolphins, whales, and turtles all can be seen on occasion.
Waikoloa Beach Shop has all your needed beach amenities and along with paddleboard/Kayak rentals. Consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the country, Hapuna State Beach is a short 10-minute drive, Waialea Bay Beach 69 is a 10-minute drive and is a great shady beach and snorkeling destination, when the surf is calm.
If you love Malasadas, some of the best on the island can be found at a Malasada food truck just before the Old Puako Rd turn off to go Beach 69. The food is so good here!
