Adjacent to the pool lies the inviting deck, a space designed for ultimate relaxation. After a refreshing swim, cool down on the deck with refreshments in hand. Climb to the open terrace for an amazing view of the large grass. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 This spacious master bedroom on the ground floor offers a view of the lawn and farmland. It is equipped with an AC, fan, TV, wardrobe, a single mattress for extra accommodation and seating arrangements for 3 people. This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This spacious master bedroom on the ground floor offers a view of the lawn and farmland. It is equipped with an AC, fan, TV, wardrobe, a single mattress for extra accommodation and seating arrangements for 3 people. This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 This spacious master bedroom on the ground floor offers a view of the lawn and farmland. It is equipped with an AC, fan, TV, wardrobe, a single mattress for extra accommodation and seating arrangements for 3 people. This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM This posh living room located on the ground floor shines bright with the beautiful chandelier that hangs in between. The lying room is furnished with AC, fan, TV, sofa and chairs that seat up to 12 people in one go. DINING AREA This dining area on the ground floor is also a part of the living room. It is furnished with an AC and can seat up to 8 people at one go. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. TV ROOM There is a TV room available on the ground floor, beside the living room. This space can accommodate up to 16 people in one sitting. POOL AND DECK This outdoor pool is 25x50 ft in size. The deck next to the pool has loungers, and seats and provides shade from the exerting swimming sessions. LAWN The expansive lawn stretches about 2 acres, making it the ideal environment to indulge in some friendly matches with loved ones. It has seating for 20 people spread across. ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per session. - A male staff can be accommodated at an additional rate of Rs 500 per night. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
