In the heart of the homonymous natural reserve, with an amazing view of the Ionian Sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of the Salento coast, Villa Calipso is an absolutely exclusive residence that combines its unique position with total privacy.
From here, in fact, you can admire a true earthly paradise by losing your gaze between the promontory of Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo. You will live your holiday in absolute tranquility. The property, all delimited by a perimeter wall, is accessed through an entrance path. You will be able to live your stay in absolute freedom, as there are not many other buildings in the area. You will then be protected by many trees and by the luxuriant vegetation that grows in the 3 thousand square meters of the garden where you can live days alone or in company, dedicating yourself to your favorite hobbies. The villa is also in an ideal area for activities such as hiking, snorkelling and cycling.
The white walls of the house, and the use of marble almost everywhere, will give a unique peace to your days. The structure can accommodate up to six guests in the three bedrooms but it is in the outdoor spaces that your holiday will be enriched with pleasant surprises. In addition to the splendid private garden, in fact, you will have a 14-meter swimming pool just a stone’s throw from the sea. Also outside there are spaces for sunbathing, shaded relaxation areas and also a large dining area for 14 people equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and barbecue.
Inside, the decor of Villa Calipso is something exciting and engaging at the same time: minimalist but absolutely refined furniture is combined with the widespread use of wood and marble in all rooms of the house.
On the ground floor the large living area will host you between a living room with sofas and a daybed. But you can also spend a few hours in the library or in the living room and in the open space banquet area. A modern, fully equipped kitchen will be able to welcome you for both lunch and dinner. You will find a total of three bedrooms, all with sea view, with private bathroom and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also has a private terrace.
The bay is just 400 meters away, the beach of Sant’Idoro at 5 kilometers, those of Santa Caterina at 9 kilometers. Punta Prosciutto is about 25 kilometers away. The city of Nardò is only 7 kilometers away, that of Gallipoli at 20, Lecce at 30 kilometers while Brindisi airport at around fifty.
