Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Dear guests, to ensure safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some
- guidelines.
- Room check in is from 2 p.m. Check out is until 12 p.m.
- Guests are given the key card upon arrival and are kindly asked to lock the rooms. Guests
- are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key
- card they are obligated to pay the penalty of 220,000VND
- Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
- From 21:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and
- not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
- Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who
- disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.
- We assume that the Guests are familiarised and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay
- in our Hotel.
- For your convenience we have provided a safe deposit box, located in the wardrobe in your room. Hotel bears
- no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly
- requested to immediately inform host. We suggest you to double check safe deposit box in your room
- upon your departure from the Hotel.
- All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air condition does not work if windows are opened or if
- windows are not properly closed.
