Gerringong is a small town perched on a headland, webbed with the inland waterways of Werri Gully, this NSW South Coast town unites calm coves with surf beaches, rolling farmland with rugged escarpments. Choose from memorable wining and dining, kayaking and golf, or just find a spot on the sand to look for whales. A classic Aussie beach town, Gerringong life revolves around its main beach, Werri Beach, only a short stroll away from your door step. The town offers great food, shopping, and café’s and in the prime location for unlocking all that the South Coast has to offer. We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
