Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Check in time 3.00 pm.
  • Check out time 10.00 am. Our cleaning team comes just after to service the property. Please note there is a minimum fee of $150 for not checking out on time.
  • Please note - Due to the strict rules and regulations of Princes Wharf management, we do now require a behaviour bond of $1000 to be held from our guests. Please send us your credit card details prior to arrival. This amount will be held but not charged against your card unless you breach any booking or building rules. If there is any breach and or security or we are called to the property then $1000 will automatically charged. This is separate and additional to any damage bond.
  • This property must not be used for receiving mail.
  • Please refer to ‘Other things to Note’ before booking to ensure this property meets your requirements.
