Framed in the rolling hills of the Le Marche region, Villa Anita will leave you breathless with the wonderful scenery that surrounds it: from here the view sweeps from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini Mountains, the famous ’Blue Mountains’ mentioned by Leopardi.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people and is equipped with a large common living room with an open space kitchen, games for children, and a large flat-screen Tv. All the rooms are equipped with a Wi-fi network and air conditioning.
Villa Anita is divided into three floors: on the first floor, there is a panoramic terrace, from which you have a breathtaking view of the inland villages and the Sibillini Mountains. On this floor we can find a living room with a kitchen and two large sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom, that can accommodate two families or groups of friends at the same time. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
