Framed in the rolling hills of the Le Marche region, Villa Anita will leave you breathless with the wonderful scenery that surrounds it: from here the view sweeps from the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini Mountains, the famous ’Blue Mountains’ mentioned by Leopardi.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people and is equipped with a large common living room with an open space kitchen, games for children, and a large flat-screen Tv. All the rooms are equipped with a Wi-fi network and air conditioning.
Villa Anita is divided into three floors: on the first floor, there is a panoramic terrace, from which you have a breathtaking view of the inland villages and the Sibillini Mountains. On this floor we can find a living room with a kitchen and two large sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom, that can accommodate two families or groups of friends at the same time. With an independent entrance still on the first floor, there is another living room that leads to the second floor where there is a large sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with a private bathroom, two bedrooms each with two single beds, and a bathroom.
On the ground floor, there are also four other rooms: a practical kitchen due to its short distance from the swimming pool, an independent bathroom, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
Villa Anita is the perfect location for groups or families who want to spend a holiday in the Marche in complete independence, enjoying the freshness of the countryside and being able to reach the coast in a few minutes.

About the area
Marcelli, a charming coastal town in the Marche region of Italy, is a hidden gem that offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of more crowded tourist destinations. With its picturesque beaches along the Adriatic Sea, Marcelli is a haven for those seeking sun, sea, and sand. The town's long stretches of sandy shores are perfect for sunbathing, while the clear blue waters invite swimming, sailing, and windsurfing.
The town's promenade is lined with a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, where visitors can indulge in delicious local cuisine, including fresh seafood and the region's famous white wines, such as Verdicchio. The evening passeggiata (leisurely walk) along this promenade is a beloved ritual that offers a glimpse into the relaxed Italian lifestyle.
Marcelli is also an excellent base for exploring the natural beauty and historical sites of the Marche region. The nearby Conero Regional Park is a natural paradise, offering hiking trails through lush forests and to dramatic cliff-top views over the sea. The park is home to diverse flora and fauna, as well as secluded beaches that can be reached by foot or by boat.
For those interested in history and culture, the medieval hilltop town of Loreto is just a short drive away. Loreto is famous for its Basilica della Santa Casa, a shrine that is said to contain the house in which the Virgin Mary lived. The basilica's stunning architecture and art are a draw for pilgrims and art enthusiasts alike.
Another nearby attraction is the city of Ancona, the capital of the Marche region. Ancona's rich history is evident in its ancient Roman ruins, such as the Arch of Trajan, and its Renaissance cathedrals. The city's port also offers the opportunity for day trips to other Adriatic destinations.
Marcelli's blend of beautiful beaches, cultural experiences, and proximity to natural and historical sites makes it an ideal destination for travelers looking for a more authentic and tranquil Italian vacation. Whether you're lounging on the beach, savoring the local gastronomy, or exploring the surrounding region, Marcelli provides a delightful Italian experience that caters to a variety of tastes and interests.
