The immaculately maintained vegetation that lines the road as you enter into Palmilla is truly spectacular and as your pass by the Palmilla golf course to your right and Palmilla Beach access on your left you will find the excitement growing as you enter into the privately gated neighborhood of Villas de Montana.
Once you pass security you will find a row of homes that line the left side of the road and given the lush greenery and beautiful flowers these properties may even be a bit unassuming at first glance.
However, no sooner do you enter the front door and this changes quickly with stunning views that overlook the turquoise blue waters of Palmilla Bay and a surprisingly spacious floor plan that will make you immediately feel at home.
The large living room opens to a nicely sized balcony where you can further indulge in the beautiful panoramic views 180 degrees ahead.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
