The Property Manager/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, on the commune of Bonifacio, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accommodate up to 8 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1500 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, functional fireplace and dining area
- A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: two single beds.
- Bedroom 2 and 3: one queen-size bed per room (160x200).

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
